When executing operations via the Arquillian REST Client Extension, JaCoCo coverage should be triggered.

I think in some ways, the fix performed for ARQ-1319 should help here, which was implemented as a filter.  Perhaps we can add a filter for the REST extension?  Note that this isn't for a REST Warp Test, but a plain client test.
