Moreover we could even intercept Sysout/Syserr from the server so that we will see any output including logs.
This is kinda hacky though.

We have discussed possibility to wrap loggers with [~aslak] some time ago and the opinion is there is too much logging implementations out there to support them all.

More implementations may be needed and it can be up to user to decide which one to use?
