[~typek_pb]: Glad managed-7 is working for you.

I'm still planning to add an explicit managed-8 container when I get a chance.  That way we'll have test coverage and clear documentation for Tomcat 8 support.  My plan is to merge the ARQ-1848 branch down to master first, and then base it off that.
