[bv-dev] Bean Validation TCK 2.0.3.Final released

Hi,

A few days ago, we released a new version of the Bean Validation TCK,
2.0.3.Final.

Thanks to Matt Benson from the Apache BVal issues, we spotted a couple of
issues in the TCK. And this also led to finding issues in the reference
implementation. Thanks Matt!
