Modifications since last build:

[pferraro] [JBAS-8613] Need to explicitly enable purgeOnStartup for web/dist (not inherited, but assumes default value, if undefined).
Fixes SessionPassivationTestCase/AttributeBasedSessionPassivationTestCase testRedeploy() failures in DIST mode.

[smarlow at REDHAT.COM] JBAS-8613 only fill memory if there is a classloader leak, otherwise force full gc

[pferraro] [JBAS-8613] Don't ever expect sessions to survive restart.  We can't rely on previous JBC hack to prevent cache purging.  Don't see the point in doing this to begin with - as it is not a real world scenario.
Fixes SessionPassivationTestCase/AttributeBasedSessionPassivationTestCase testRedeploy() failures in REPL mode.
