[cdi-dev] Dynamic stereotypes

Seam JMS supported this functionality (dynamic steroetypes) for a short
period of time.  When we saw the behavior inconsistent w/ OWB it was
dropped.  It was originally meant to emulate JNDI lookups in an SE
environment.
