Also would be good to consider what happens when a managed bean inherits the extended persistence context from a stateful bean and the stateful bean is passivated.  
* Does the managed bean also get passivated?
* Or does the managed bean stay in memory and what about its reference to the extended persistence context (does the xpc stay in memory or is the reference cleared?)
