It seems that one [commit done 10 months ago|https://github.com/cdi-spec/cdi/commit/0dbe4a7fe7f3ed1a2d4c4b3ab08e641d39277731] change most of the javadoc @Since information on new CDI 1.1 classes.
We should revevert these to 1.1
