[cdi-dev] CDI 2.0 JSR proposal needs supporters

I added a bunch of "suggestions" to the proposal.  It generally looks
good and there's some minor things to refine.

It looks like I might qualify, if this list does not lie [1].  So, if
you'd have me, I'd be interested in joining the EG.
