CDI SE Bootstrap API is not in a usable state since 2.0-EDR2. This is a regression introduced by this commit:
https://github.com/cdi-spec/cdi/commit/7f34f41caa12075b625edd127bbff3d4fd1cd29f

Note that the bootstrap API will be most probably completely replaced anyway.
