We're going to release Weld 2.3.3.Final later this week. So both impls<br>
provide a non-portable solution already.<br>
<br>
However, if the EG decides to go this way I'm strongly in favor of:<br>
* unifying CDI configuration (something similar to Weld and OWB<br>
configurations)<br>
* NOT reusing beans.xml<br>
* NOT to take into account the environment variables<br>
