OK to use GPLed class libraries in DNA sequencers ( was Re: [dna-dev] Required headers on all files)

Here's another option that seems very active:  http://sourceforge.net/projects/csv4j/

I'm still waiting for the answer about using GPL.  However, it there's  
something else that is LGPL and that works as well, then it'd be  
better to use LGPL.  The question is whether an LGPL library works as  
well.
