Okay, I'll start to put together a blog about our i18n framework.

I've noticed recently that we (DNA committers) are starting to diverge a 
bit in how we test.  Maybe you could blog about some of the "best 
practices" we've discussed regarding testing (such as BDD vs. TDD, 
conventions, etc.).
