Steps to reproduce:
Under "Applications", go to "Web Application (WAR)", and click "Add a new resource". An ELException occurs:

"ERROR [SeamPhaseListener] uncaught exception
javax.el.ELException: org.jboss.seam.RequiredException: @Out attribute requires non-null value: createContentBackedResourceAction.configurationDefinition"
