Note, ideally, for configs that contain one or more props with a RESTART* activation policy, the GUI would provide a "Restart app server" or "Redeploy service" checkbox that could be optionally checked before clicking the SAVE button. If checked *and* one or more RESTART* props were actually modified, RHQ would restart the server or application to apply the changes to the props with RESTART* policies.
