[errai-dev] hybi, bi-directional HTTP

Yep, the world is moving in our direction.   The good news is, we're well positioned as an architecture to map on top of these new technologies (like WebSockets, two-way-HTTP) as they become available.  We can even support them as transports on a dynamic, auto-capability-detection basis.
