[errai-dev] CDI integration updates

The CDI integration codebase (http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/errai/projects/weld-integration/trunk)
is back to normal. make sure check the README.txt. It contains the instructions how to deploy the examples
on jboss6-M2.

Most prominent changes:

 - Errai now runs as an application server service and not embedded in the web application
This allows CDI service components to be registered with Errai independently of the web application lifecycle.
