[esb-dev] jca done (I think)

I think this is a step towards 415, but full 415 won't happen until  
Weston (or someone else) integrates JCA with the MC. I think what  
Bill has done is good for the 4.2 release.

As for templates, well I expect there are since we have email support  
for JCA already.
