The 3.3.0 is the right download but it looks like the console has been configured by default for the 'enterprise' version.

  remove all drop tables and drop constraints, they are not needed.  H2/hypersonic should not be relevant.
  the import.sql is the identify setup used for the console/examples but this does not appear to be present in the current version, just remove this for now and we can look at its configuration later

4 -
 jfs-console.war appears to be the new version of jbpm-console.war so just replace them.  You will need to edit the web.xml files and remove the references to the JMS queue/ Timer bean though.

You should also check our jbpm.cfg.xml file and compare it with the current default version in the jar file.  From what I can see there should only be one change, the persistence service.
