I've looked at Java EE plugins and it seems that Beans plugin is not the only to add an invalid dependency for jboss-javaee6 spec. IMO a closer check to all Java EE plugins is needed.

Do you think a new issue has to be opened and linked to this one?
I can work on this if you want?
