[forge-dev] Forge 1.0.6.Final released

Typically the way this is handled is to have two distributions. One
distribution is the "binary" distribution intended for using Forge. The
other is a "source" distribution intended for hacking on Forge, which of
course also contains the binaries to run it. The JavaDoc belong in the
source distribution but not the binary one.
