Koen has included Forge CR2 in the JBoss Forge Tools nightlies / next
release.*

Updates include:*

   - CD/PickUp keeps Project Explorer in sync with Forge
   - 'cd #' takes you to workspace root
   - 'cd #/blah' takes you to project blah
   - CTRL-C works again
