[forge-dev] What to do about our little Windows joke...?

This is kind of sad. I know there have been others that have mentioned
similar thoughts. Perhaps changing it to something like "We strive to keep
Forge running correctly on Windows, however, it is not our main development
environment. Please send any feedback or issues to our development team via
JIRA (link) should you encounter problems."

I personally thought it was funny, but jokes don't seem to be appreciated
by all :(
