[forge-dev] Forge generated application styles for review

I was wondering if could be possible to have a scaffold like the one
Nexus uses it (Menu left, open links in tabs).

Maybe this design could follow it. I like the ExtJS style of UI also,
if we could translate it to JSF using Twitter Bootstrap that would be
awesome.
