[forge-dev] DOT files available via Maven

Nice - hibernatetools generates .dot files for its hbm2doc mode too, but here
I had to fallback to using the dot binary which is a bitch to install.

now if there was just a way to run javascript without a browser and/or a gazillion
binaries life would be sweet ;)
