[forge-dev] non-CDI object hook into CDI

Hey Thomas, you should take a look at the BeanManagerProvider API that was
in Seam Solder:
https://github.com/seam/solder/blob/develop/api/src/main/java/org/jboss/solder/beanManager/BeanManagerLocator.java#L82This
approach has been used a bunch of times. Including Solder shouldn't be
too intrusive. You could also just copy that particular feature.
