Hi Max,

  I presume, that the admin_layer.fsh script is the only concern here. As George mentioned, the Forge version increment to 1.3 is not expected to break TiMo. The admin_layer.fsh script in TiMo does not restricts itself to the Forge 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 runtimes; the script may need an update to not display a warning for 1.3 as an "unsupported version". I'll nevertheless test this over the next few days for regressions.
