5) (Optional) have a way to shut if off in case there are technical and legal problems. in JBT we read <a href="http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/workspace/usage/usage.properties" target="_blank">http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/workspace/usage/usage.properties</a> as our "deadman" switch.<br>
