        Summary: Warn a user if generating relationship CRUD screens and HashCode/Equals are missing  (was: Edit screen missing default selection on drop downs)

    Description: It's necessary to provide these on the entities in order for drop downs to work. If not provided, there should be a WARN message.  (was: When loading an edit screen, a @ManyToOne relationship is missing the default selection, instead the no selection option is chosen.)
