Minor point, but according to http://jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=344, it's JavaServer Faces.

Maybe change "The default scaffold comes by default in any Forge distribution" to something like "The default scaffold comes as part of the Forge distribution"

Should there be a discussion of the options for "scaffold setup" in the Getting Started section?

The Customizing the Scaffold section tells you how to change what was generated.  But, is there a way to change files in the plugin that would change all generated files?  For example, change the css that is generated (used) for each application.
