Forge stops responding to keyboard input when the backspace keystroke is entered on a line where the shell prompt is absent.

This tends to occur when the AS7 container is started and writes log entries to the Forge console. Sometimes, the shell prompt is absent, and keystroke inputs at this point containing a backspace results in Forge entering an unresponsive state.
