This is related to the addition of support for Maven-based Android app development in Forge.

If we follow the approach recommended by the Sonatype book - [Maven: The Complete Reference|http://books.sonatype.com/mvnref-book/reference/android-dev.html], then we'd need to support packaging type of APK in the project POM, to enable Android app development using Maven.
