The Maven dependencies added for Java EE 6 are usually from the {{org.jboss.spec}} groupId. This could be replaced with the generic Java EE 7 Maven co-ordinates ({{javax.*}}), like the ones [listed here|https://wikis.oracle.com/display/GlassFish/Java+EE+7+Maven+Coordinates].

Other project-level refactorings including configuration file changes may also be necessary.
