Given the Forge plugin for IDEA doesn't install in any known IDEA distribution ever without special magic, I see it as a major usability bug ;). Most folks will try it - see horrid exceptions and think Forge is crap!

Could someone from the Forge team please update the docs for the plugin to include these instructions:

so that when folks search IDEA to install the plugin they see a WARNING - this only works with Java 7 , here's the link to change the IDE JVM etc....
