Fixed in https://github.com/picketlink/picketlink-forge-addon/pull/2

Use {{addon-install-from-git --url https://github.com/gastaldi/picketlink-forge-addon.git --coordinate org.picketlink.tools.forge:picketlink-forge-addon}} while the PR is not merged
