When installing an addon with {{addon-install-from-git}}
Maven is used to build it. On a Windows machine the command used is {{mvn.bat}}, which is not supported since [this commit|https://github.com/apache/maven/commit/c6faf8dd65587c3ea6d79ccf48e25bb7b90e18df#diff-1d3898d64b01ea4c5b609eaefeb8d6d3].

I'd suggest to change the command to {{mvn.cmd}}.
