[forge-users] forge-distribution-2.3.0.Final-offline.zip hangs up on startup

I haven't noticed this problem. Could you try running forge.bat inside 
the bin/ folder of the unzipped version of 
forge-distribution-2.3.0.Final-offline.zip and see if this also happens ?
