"Remind password and username" mail is not sent when user request new password right after register

Steps:

    * Register new user in public mode
    * Click Sign in link
    * Send request that new added user forgets password
    * Check registered email: No remind mail is sent --> error
      (If new added user logged in at least once before sending request to recover password --> remind mail is sent successfully)
