This login/logout implementations should be removed form the ServletContainerContext, it does not tie directly into web container internal classes.

Also, since this login/logout implementation should be dependent on the servlet version (ie servlet 2.0 or 3.0) not the web container specifics. The implementation should not go in the server specific classes.
