At the moment, we still have the mapping between UIPortal and data model in FinishActionListener.  The mapping clear all children of UIPortal, including the UIPage. That leads to wrong result of edit page permisson check in the AdminToolbarPortlet. 

I made a temporal fix for coming release. The complete solution requires GTNPORTAL-619
