First issue I saw was:

Caused by: 
java.lang.TypeNotPresentException: Type net.jcip.annotations.ThreadSafe not present
	at com.ibm.oti.reflect.AnnotationHelper.getAnnotation(AnnotationHelper.java:39)
	at com.ibm.oti.reflect.AnnotationHelper.getDeclaredAnnotations(AnnotationHelper.java:51)

It's a IBM JDK issue JBAS-6428

Copying "cp ../server/all/lib/jcip-annotations.jar ../server/default/lib/" is sorting that one out

Then there is another issue
