Rename a tab in dashboard, always redirect to home page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login with root
2. Click Dashboard on admin bar
3. In dashboard page, click "+" symbol to add new tab
4. Log out
5. Login with root
6. Go to dashboard and rename tab (added in step 3)
7. Logout 
8. Login with root
9. Go to dashboard
10. Click this tab (renamed in step 6)
Now, user clicks this tab (renamed in step 6), it is always redirected to home page -->bug
