It looks like node management is only set per portal and we can't set dashboard nodes right now with it. But page management includes all pages.

We are left in a situation where we can delete a page from the dashboard node, but not edit the node to add a page back to it (we can still delete the node from the dashboard).

We should probably either remove the dashboard pages from page management or add node management for the dashboard.
