Testsuite - add selenium.host variable to be able to run selenium tests on any host (other than localhost)

Create variable in pom.xml to be able to specify host with running GateIn.
Selenium tests will open browser with this host in URL (http://host_name:8080/portal)

Host will be changed with -Dselenium.host=host_address. (localhost will stay as default of course)

Usage: have the GateIn started on any host and run the tests on another host. (for example: start GateIn in lab and selenium tests on localhost)
