Show exception when edit membership of user who was deleted in a group

- Go to User and group management
- Select a group ( Customer) 
- Select user and membership to add into group
-> Add user into group successfully
- Click edit member icon --> Edit membership form appear
- Click delete icon to delete user in group
- Click Save in Edit membership form
=> Show exception in cywin and can't do add user into group again.
