User Profile and Account Info do not share the same data

The user account info will contains the username , first name, last name, and email address.
The user profile also contains this information, but this information is not the same.

We should not be storing identical user information in various locations.

Steps to reproduce:
1) go into user and groups management
2) edit the root users info
3) on the 'Account Info' page the first name, last name and email address will be filled out, on the 'User Profile' tab this same information will be missing.
