When you edit some consumer and delete, it's not deleted properly and it cause problems on few places.

There is scenario to reproduce:
 - create consumer 'test' 
 - edit consumer name to 'test-name'
 - delete consumer 'test-name'
 - click Reload consumers -> consumer appears in list again

After few more clicks I was able to destroy WSRP admin completely. Or when you go to App.registry - Portlets - Remote you will get some errors as well.

It also seems like a problem which cause:
PortletInvoker with id: gatein14-edited is not available.
Reason: Couldn't find ProducerInfoMapping associated with key 5f1f8af30a105e8a3c5d81c83c43d59e
