- Case 1: When open an PopupWindow in an browser's tab 1, close it in browser's tab 2 (same user, same session) --> In tab 1, we can't not interact with that PopupWindow again, need to refresh, and we should show an notification message here
- Case 2: When edit page or edit layout in one tab, and close it in another tab of browser, when return to tab 1, we also can not do any thing with Edit page or edit layout anymore, should refresh and show message
