The ExoPortletInvocationContext uses '&' when appending parameters to a url, in order for this to be compliant with xhtml, it needs to use '&amp;' instead. This can cause issues with ajax requests sending improperly formatted content which will be rejected by the browser.

This is causing the failure in https://jira.jboss.org/browse/GTNWSRP-60
