Can't import on new portal pages

Scenario:
 - create portal page: page1 with 1 portlet (any)
 - add WSRP portlet on some page and refresh selfv2 consumer
 - export portlets
 - use for Import -> select 1 imported portlet and select page1 -> Import
 - I get message that 1 portlet was successfully imported, but when I go to page1 - I can't see new portlet, but the old one

If I do the same scenario, but in step 4 use some of default portal pages (Homepage, SiteMap, Register), import works properly and I can see imported portlet on page.
